 TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS are the responsibility of each participant. The fastest and often cheapest route from the UK is by air to Toulouse, and train from Toulouse to Castres.
 We run a taxi service between the chateau and Castres station, about 12 miles distant, for which there is a charge of 10 euros per person. This can be arranged at short notice, day or night. We can also arrange a longer-haul pick-up service direct from Toulouse airport (90 mins) or other local airports. Let us know if you require this service and we will confirm cost and availability. Other low-cost flight routes worth investigating are Ryanair flights to Carcassonne or Rodez (both have rail links to Toulouse). For those who choose to drive, there is ample parking at the Chateau.
